  11. My cable tv provider has provided internet access via cable modem.
  12. Purchase of modems and/or rentals are sketchy right now, so I thought
  13. I'd find out as much as possible about them. The fees are reasonable,
  14. especially considering the 10meg/sec download time 
  15.     BTW, how can such speeds flow thru bottlenecks on telephone
  16. lines before reaching my provider and onto my computer?
